However, some services may take longer periods of time to resolve (this is why we charge a Flat Rate for and not by the hour for certain services.)

To qualify for the 30 Day Money-Back Warranty, both of the following conditions must be met:

1. The problem must be reported within 30 days of the original purchase of your service.

2. The problem reported must be the exact same problem for which your computer was serviced. For example, the exact same virus, malware, printer problem, etc. Our technicians can help decipher this for you if you are unsure.
