Remote Services

We provide a wide range of Remote Services. We will remotely log into your computer to fix your Busted Computer. You watch as we work. This is typically the fasted way to get your problems resolved.

Our standard Remote rate is $99/hour, Support is billed 1/2 hour minimum and each 1/4 hour thereafter. There are also some Remote Services that we have available for Flat-Fee pricing (see below for details).

Drop-off Services

Drop-off Service means that you will need to bring your Busted Computer to our office in Eden Prairie, MN to be fixed. This is typically the cheapest way to get your problems resolved. Twin Cities Metro Area Pick-up and Delivery services available for an additional fee.

Onsite Services

We provide a wide range of Onsite Services where we will come to your office in the Twin Cities metro area to fix your Busted Computer or provide network/server/mobility installtion, support and services.

All Onsite Services are billed an at hourly rate of $99/hour and $75/hour with the Complete Maintenance Plan.

Managed Services

Fix My Busted Computer provieds a full range of Managed Services for small and mid-sized busiensses. These services include complete network and server monitoring and management (RMM), backup and disaster recovery (BDR), unlimited remote support via our Help Desk services, and more.

Flat-Rate Services

We have a number of Services that are offered as Flat-Rate Services. That means there is no guessing at how much it will cost. No watching the clock as the price climbs, no worrying about additional fees and no fear of paying more than your computer's worth just to get it fixed! What we quote here is what you pay. Whether it takes us 20 minutes or 2 hours, rest assured you won't pay a penny extra!
