Your Place: Not everything can be fixed in our shop. When you aren't able to connect to your wifi or can't print - you need someone to come out and fix it.

Our General Labor rate is $129/hour with 1 hour minimum then billed every 1/4 hour afer that. Most fixes can usually be done in about an hour. We don't have a trip charge (afterall you should only have to pay for time while we are there - not for driving).

Our Shop: Although we have daily Walk-In Repair Hours, we also can meet you at our shop - especially if you want to drop off your computer or laptop for repair.
